*ZPMC’s vessel and crew will be making a delivery in Hampton Roads in February 2011 and has agreed to transport the cranes VPA has for sale.  The loading, unloading and transportation costs shall be borne by the purchaser, however since ZPMC will already be in the area this should result in substantial cost savings.  Initial contact with ZPMC shall be through the VPA.
