VIRGINIA PORT AUTHORITY CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS

The Virginia Port Authority will not accept old Port Identification Card Request Forms. Links to the current forms are located here:

VPA-0212-A: Port ID Card Request Form

VPA-0212-D: Non-U.S. Citizen Information Form*
A Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is now required for individuals requiring unescorted access to the state-owned marine terminals. The VPA does not issue the Transportation Worker Identification Credential.

A VPA Port ID will also be required for individuals that conduct business for five or more calendar days a year at the state-owned marine terminals.
