Hurricane Dorian has exited the Virginia coast and our terminals are open and operating, according to our previously announced plan: Hurricane Dorian – Message 4
Port of Virginia terminals were spared any significant flooding and wind-related damage. Our operating posture is strong, and we are thankful to our colleagues and partners who assisted in the execution of a thorough hurricane preparation plan.
As of 0930 hours this morning, Sept. 7, the U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, has cancelled port condition ZULU, for sector Hampton Roads. The shipping channels are open and vessels are moving, without restriction.

Our terminal truck gates will remain closed tomorrow, Sept. 8, per standard plan. We will operate according to published hours, at all terminals, on Monday, Sept. 9.
Thank you for your vigilance and flexibility during the storm. We appreciate your business.
