As we continue to build and improve our online portfolio of tracking and tracing tools, we are pleased to announce the following:
Effective immediately, an online “Ticket Reprint” tool for VIG is available. To reprint a ticket based on container number, you may:
- Send an email to VIGtickets@vit.org and enter the CONTAINER NUMBER in the subject field of the email
- An automated process will respond to you with a reprint of the desired ticket
- Please enter a single container number in the subject field of the email
- The VIGtickets@vit.org feature is designed exclusively for VIG transactions
Additional ticket reprint options:
All of these options require you to send an email to VIGtickets@vit.org and type one of the key words – TRANSACTION, LICENSE, CHASSIS – in the subject field, followed by the exact data you wish to search on.
- You can specify the TRANSACTION number by setting the subject to “TRANSACTION:nnnnnn” where nnnnnn is the TRANSACTION number
- You can specify the LICENSE PLATE number by setting the subject to “LICENSE:xxxxx” where xxxxx is the LICENSE PLATE number
- You can specify the CHASSIS number by setting the subject to “CHASSIS:XXXXnnnnnn” where XXXXnnnnnn is the CHASSIS number
