HRCP 20-foot Chassis Relocated to the PCY Annex (effective May 17, 2021)

An important update regarding the pick-up and return of HRCP’s 20-foot chassis:

Effective Monday, May 17, 2021

• 20-foot chassis will no longer be accepted at the PCY
• All HRCP 20-footers must be picked-up/returned to the PCY Annex (see image below)
• The PCY Annex is located at the end of Lee Avenue (352 Lee Ave.), adjacent to the Portsmouth Marine Terminal truck interchange, under the Pinners Point flyover
• Operating hours at the PCY Annex will mirror the actual PCY
  • Monday – Friday: 0600 – 1800 hours**
    • **Last in-gate trucks at 1730 hours, Monday – Friday
  • Saturdays (through June 5): 0800 hours, with last in-gate trucks at 1130 hours
