HRCP Tri-Axles Relocated to the PCY Annex (effective March 15)

An important update regarding the pick-up and return of HRCP’s tri-axle chassis:

Effective Monday, March 15, 2021

• Tri-axles will no longer be accepted at the PCY
• All HRCP tri-axles must be picked-up/returned to the PCY Annex (see image below)
• The PCY Annex is located at the end of Lee Avenue, adjacent to the Portsmouth Marine Terminal truck interchange, under the Pinners Point flyover
• Operating hours at the PCY Annex will mirror the actual PCY
  • Monday – Friday: 0600 – 1700 hours**
    • **Last in-gate trucks at 1630 hours, Monday – Friday
