Joseph leads the Port of Virginia’s relationships with ocean carriers, serving as a senior point of contact on commercial, operational, and strategic matters.
Since joining the port in 2011, he has worked closely with carrier partners to support service reliability and long-term growth. Prior to the port, Joseph spent more than 25 years in ocean carrier operations, sales, and trade management roles. His deep industry experience helps strengthen relationships with the global carriers that call Virginia.
