Tom leads strategies and customer programs that drive cargo growth and strengthen relationships with ocean carriers, cargo owners, and logistics partners. Tom joined the port in 1999 and has helped position Virginia as a reliable and efficient gateway for global trade, providing the most reliable, cost-effective and efficient service to port users and customers.
Prior to the port, he spent a decade in sales and operations roles with ocean carriers, providing firsthand experience across international shipping and supply chain operations.
Tom is originally from New Jersey.
