Barbara leads all transportation planning, regional coordination, and infrastructure strategy in support of the port’s long-term growth. She works closely with transportation agencies, government partners, and local communities to align investment with economic development opportunities across the Commonwealth.
Her more than 30 years of experience at the local, regional, state, and federal levels help strengthen the port’s connectivity and position Virginia for continued supply chain leadership.
