Joseph oversees the safe and efficient movement of cargo throughout the port network. Since joining the organization in 2003, he has played a key role in advancing operational fluidity, safety, and terminal coordination across terminal operations and Virginia’s entire maritime system.
Joseph brings deep experience across terminal, carrier and logistics operations with previous experience at Atlantic Technical Services, National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia, and CMA-CGM.
Joseph is originally from New Jersey.
