Jason leads the Port of Virginia’s legal and administrative functions, overseeing contracts, real estate, compliance, risk, and supply management. He works across every team and department to provide practical, commercially focused guidance that supports the organization’s success.

An experienced admiralty and maritime attorney, Jason previously served as U.S. general counsel for one of the world’s largest ocean carriers. He joined the port in 2018.
