Erika Snow
Chief Human Resources Officer
Erika leads human resources across the Port of Virginia, overseeing talent management, compensation, benefits, organizational development, HR analytics, and business partnerships. She works closely with colleagues and executive leadership to align workforce initiatives with long-term business goals.
Since joining the port in 2002, Erika has helped guide organizational change and foster strong internal partnerships. A Norfolk native, she holds a degree in business administration, HR certifications, and has completed executive leadership programs at William & Mary, Cornell, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
